Abby Griffin Jones, LPC, CPCS
Abby Griffin Jones, LPC, CPCS, a licensed professional counselor serving Georgia since 2017. She works with adolescents (ages 12+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, addiction, and faith-related challenges.

Her approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person. She believes meaningful change happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Together, we will identify patterns, uncover strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward the peace and stability you’re seeking.

Abby draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, ensuring treatment is grounded, practical, and effective.

For clients who desire a faith-integrated approach, Abby offers Christian counseling that weaves together clinical tools and biblical principles. This may include exploring how Scripture speaks into your struggles, inviting prayer into sessions, and strengthening your identity in Christ as part of the healing process. Her heart is to create a space where your emotional wellness and spiritual life can grow together—bringing clarity, hope, and renewed peace.
